3. Edison & Ford Winter Estates
When vacationing on Fort Myers Beach, it doesn’t have to always be only about the sun and the sand. Why not give the kids an educational and cultural experience by visiting the Edison & Ford Winter Estates, the winter retreat for Thomas Edison and Henry Ford. The site offers tours around the property and is open daily from 9am to 5:30m. The last guided tour starts at 4pm and self-guided tours are also available in English, German, French and Spanish.
